"called to transfer homeowners and auto insurance. Spoke with wonderful new girl named ally. She called present agent for all info and responded 24hr later. Stated all info didnt come thru so we needed to supply all info again. I stated I had her call so it would be easy. She said let me check with agent. Agent gets on phone Liz and says whats the problem in annoyed voice. I explained thats why we use agents its a transfer. If I have to get and enter all info again I can go online and dont need an agent. She got more annoyed and offered to give me #s of other agents. I responded with thank you I can find others myself online. Found her to not want our business and unprofessinal. Contacted my agent here for referal to great agent next town over. Response to owners back peddaling answer. I liked dealing with aley and told her I appreciated she was new never getting angry or rude to her. The agent got on phone and started with attitude and for the record I suggested another agent not her. If you are going to defend please dont lie outright. By the way found a delightful agent nearby who wrote our homeowners and 2 autos without a hitch, and was a pleasure to deal with as it should be. We have been state farm customers for years and have never had an issue with anyone until you. Good luck to you."
